Organized by Garment Technology Expo Pvt. Ltd., GTE Garment Technology Expo Bengaluru 2026 was founded in 2001, a full-apparel-value-chain B2B comprehensive sourcing fair across South Asia. The show runs twice annually: spring flagship edition at Greater Noida and autumn roadshow in Bengaluru; this is the 40th autumn edition hosted at Gayatri Vihar Palace Ground. South India is India’s core production base for knitwear and finished garments, with tens of thousands of local apparel factories having strong demand for machinery, fabric and accessory upgrades. Covering an exhibition area of 15,000 sq.m., the expo gathers over 420 global exhibitors representing 650 machinery & fabric brands. The previous edition welcomed more than 22,000 qualified trade buyers, including garment factories, fabric traders, machinery importers and international buying offices from South India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Exhibits are split into three core segments:
Apparel & textile machinery: Digital sublimation & DTF printers, sewing, cutting & embroidery machines, denim washing & finishing equipment, spinning & weaving looms, CAD garment pattern systems, automated overhead production lines;
Fabrics: Cotton, linen, synthetic woven & knit fabrics, denim, functional sport textiles, sustainable recycled eco-fabrics, lace, embroidery & printed textiles;
Garment accessories: Zippers, buttons, interlinings, ribbons, labels, nonwovens, textile dyes & chemical consumables.
On-site industrial tech seminars, live new machinery demo zones and cross-border one-on-one buyer-seller matching sessions are arranged. It serves as a core trade platform for Chinese suppliers of sublimation equipment, textile machinery, fabrics and printing consumables to penetrate South India and South Asian markets and secure bulk apparel sourcing orders.
