Product Introduction

• Our high-concentration sublimation ink is a high-end water-based disperse dye ink independently developed for industrial high-speed digital printing. Adopting nano-level fine grinding formula, it features high pigment concentration and excellent solid content. Compared with ordinary inks, it greatly reduces ink consumption per square meter and cuts production costs effectively. With superior fluidity and stability, the ink prevents nozzle clogging and ink breakage, compatible with all types of high-speed digital printing equipment such as Epson and Ricoh, perfectly suitable for mass continuous production.
• Boasting high color saturation and wide color gamut, the ink delivers vivid, delicate and layered patterns after heat transfer without blurring, color bleeding or adhesive residue. The printed patterns feature strong adhesion, outstanding wash resistance, light fastness and friction resistance, with color fastness up to grade 4-5. It is applicable to multiple heat transfer substrates including polyester, chemical fiber fabrics, ceramics, metals and acrylics, widely used in apparel, advertising banners, home textiles, gifts and crafts. Certified by OEKO-TEX, ZDHC and other international environmental standards, the non-toxic and odorless ink is safe and eco-friendly for global textile production.
