Once confirmed, customized orders are generally non-cancellable and non-modifiable. 3.3 Order Confirmation: Your order submitted through this website constitutes an offer to purchase products. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion. An order is accepted only upon the Company sending you an order confirmation email or shipping notification.
